Keith Barham, President

Keith is a graduate of Carson High School and has been working with computers since his graduation in 1981. He started with main frames and transitioned to PC's as their speed and capability brought them into the main-stream office environment. Keith enjoys the relationships he develops with DeBug clients, and takes their computer issues seriously. Keith also enjoys camping and fishing and considers his family his most important priority.

 
Mike_McGee

  

Mike McGee, Computer Technician

Mike, Keith's son, has been working with Keith on computers since he was very young. He has been instrumental in the success of DeBug, handling the large numbers of computers dropped off at our office for repair. His speciality is in diagnosing and repairing hardware issues, and he has a real knack at removing spyware and viruses.

Mike enjoys playing computer games, modeling electronics and spending time with his family.

Derek Degenhart, Computer Technician

Derek has an educational background in electronics and computer engineering. He has worked in the computer industry for over 9 years and considers himself a jack of all computer trades. Derek is also A+ and Network certified.
In addition to his computer background, Derek is an artist, graphics designer, and an avid snow boarder and mountain biker.

Mark Morgan, Computer Technician

Mark attended Empire College as a Computer Science major. His career in the computer industry spans over a decade where he has fine tuned his IT skills. He spent two years as a field tech, three years as a QA Manager at a small OEM computer manufacturer and four years as an IT Manager for a community hospital in California. When he is not working on computers, Mark enjoys backpacking, hiking, four wheelin', and sporting clays.

 
Gerald Wyatt

Gerald Wyatt, Computer Technician

Gerald began his professional career in the military serving 10 years and achieved the rank of Sergeant in the US Army.  Gerald changed his career goal from Logistics to Information Technology while serving in the military in Kitzingen, Germany in 1998 as a Network Administrator.  He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science in 2002 before becoming a Senior Network Systems Administrator in Seattle, Washington.  He enjoys all aspects of the IT field however network infrastructure, wireless communications and hardware is what he enjoys most.  In his spare time, Gerald likes video games, playing pool, fishing and researching new technologies.

Desi Navarro, Computer Technician

Desi was raised in Carson City and graduated from Carson High in 1994. Desi has been working in the computer industry for over 12 years and is A+ Certified. Currently working towards a computer science degree at WNC. Between work and school he loves spending time playing all sports and recreation activities with his wife and kids. Desi has brought much to the DeBug team - besides his awesome knowledge of computer issues of all nature, he is fun loving, helps keep our life here at DeBug be more than just a job, bringing just the right mix of treating customers with A+++ service, and keeping our staff on their toes with his sense of humor!

 

 

 

 
Brian_Cosens

Brian Cosens, Computer Technician

Brian is finishing up a 4-year degree in Information Systems from UNR.  He has been working on computers and programming them since he was about 10 years old and has used a large variety of systems in that time.  He has worked with everything from DOS to the latest versions of Windows, with a few systems very few people have heard of in between.  Additionally, he is well-versed in Linux and Mac operating systems and has administered them in a networked environment as well as at home. Brian enjoys the variety of working at different clients' locations, every set up is a little bit different and it keeps things interesting for him.  Most of his free time is spent either volunteering or working to remodel his house...when he is not reading or experimenting with some electronics project.

 

 
Jason Johnson

Jason Johnson, Computer Technician

Jason has been working in the IT industry professionally for over the past 10 years. His background is in large scale environments such as banking and most recently the gaming industry where he did just about everything from management to implementation and support. Jason is well-versed in server and client operating environments from support to administration. He has even done the occasional home install as well. Jason enjoys the traveling and variety of working with different clients' and locations. In his spare time, Jason will be found at the park playing ball or some other activity with his son or in the dance studio working on some salsa or bachata.

 

Scott Damgaard

Scott Damgaard, Computer Technician

Scott has been working in electronics since 2003 while doing so he obtained his MECP (Mobile Electronic Certified Professional) Certificate. Since then he has spent three years managing a prominent mobile electronics company in Carson City, two years in technical support and electronics installation for the largest mobile electronics company in Carson City, all while co-owning a California based electronics service company. Scott spent several years during this time as an independent contract computer technician in the Sacramento to Foothill area. When Scott isn't hard at work, he enjoys video games, riding his street bike and sport shooting.

Josh Barham, Technician Assistant

Josh works part-time as a computer technician assistant.  He is currently a senior at Carson High School, and spends his free time playing Varsity football for CHS.  Josh has a knack for working with electronics, and enjoys learning about new technologies and trends.  Josh is Keith and Debbie's youngest son, and enjoys working both in the office and on miscellaneous off site projects.  After graduating in 2010, he plans on continuing his education and possibly going into medicine.

Lesley Schreckengost, Client Services

Lesley who joined DeBug Computer in 2004 is our customer service expert!  Chances are if you have called our Carson City office, you have spoken with Lesley where she handles our high volume of calls, schedules appointments, and matches clients with the appropriate technician.  Managing the busy schedule of our five field technicians can be quite challenging but Lesley is able to take on the task with a smile, along with checking in drop off computers, monitoring in office workflow, and handling all in office traffic.

Lesley, along with our Mike McGee, are parents to two lovely daughters, Kyla and Seren, and her interests outside of the office include camping, scrap booking and spending time with her family.

Debbie Barham, Bookkeeper

Debbie has provided the framework and direction for Keith's vision of DeBug. She has the business sense and knowledge necessary to help direct the company and keep it on target. She is our full time bookkeeper and is our Human Resources and Business Manager. Debbie shares Keith's love of family and escapes with him on camping trips when possible. Furthermore, she's obsessive about her granddaughters and looks forward to having more!

Becky McGee, Client Services

Becky works mostly in the Reno and Minden DeBug locations.  Her care and concern for our clients is a great asset to DeBug.  Becky is Keth and Debbie's daughter, and has a daughter of her own, Brooke.  Becky is a Carson High School graduate, and is currently enrolled in degree program at Western Nevada College.  In her spare time Becky runs a photography business and enjoys spending time with her daughter Brooke.

Sophie brings to DeBug Computers Inc. years of experience in customer service and office management. Outside of the office Sophie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, gourmet cooking and traveling.
