Picture in your mind the old poster that shows the evolution of man. Depicted is a monkey in a squatted position with his hands on the ground. Then, frame by frame you can see the monkey transform into a more upright position as an ape, gorilla, caveman, and human being. Now, from that upright human being posture, imagine evolving back the other way, but replace the last picture with a person slumped over a computer.
