In January, 2000, Keith Barham left his job with the State of Nevada as an IT System Manager to strike out on his own with his own computer repair and sales company, DeBug Computer, Inc.
Keith, along with his wife Debbie, developed a business plan. They decided to keep the business small, working out of a spare bedroom in their house, and limiting their marketing to direct mailers from their house, and word of mouth.
Fortunately, a friend of Keith’s in the real estate business had heard the V&T Train Depot on Carson Street was available at a very reasonable rate. They grabbed it up immediately, hired their own admin help, and greatly increased their space for drop off computer repair, and hiring more help.
Since that time, DeBug has opened two additional locations to a total of three – one in Carson, one in Reno, and one in Minden, and has brought the staff from just Keith, up to a total of fourteen technicians and administrative employees!
Thank you to each of you for making DeBug Computer such a success! We never could be where we are today without each of you, and thank you for your loyalty and trust.
As our way of saying thank you, please take advantage of 10% off of all drop of labor charges through the end of August – just mention you read it in our newsletter!
Thank you and God bless all of you for your support
