Both utilities can be downloaded at www.download.com. They are available at no charge for personal use, and are very direct in their installation and use. Of course, always have a backup of any critical files (documents, photos, music) before making any changes in your system. Rarely there are problems, but if your system is severely infected, you don’t want to take any chances. Of course, any of our staff will be more than happy to recommend backup solutions – something EVERY computer user should be performing on a regular basis. There are several backup solutions that are very affordable, that backup online and securely off-site, and require very little work on your part.
